Ms. Xu Meixing ,4th year Ph.D candidate student from Prof. Song Gao’s group, has visited Awaga lab in Nagoya University after attending the international conference ICCC 2018 in Sendai. During this period, she was trained on the setup, mechanism, sample preparation and characterization of the solid-state electrochemistry. During the stay, she has performed measurements on the model compound: Cu-MOF-2 and got a basic insight to the redox activity of the Cu(II) paddlewheel units. After return to Beijing, in situ EPR cells will be prepared and the in situ solid-state electrochemical EPR test will be performed. Meanwhile, she also enjoyed the sightseeing in Ise Shrine and Toba in Mie Prefecture.
